There are over 1,000 kids in foster care in the greater Charlotte area. Over 60 will age-out of care this year without the support they need to thrive. 500+ faithful social workers tirelessly advocate for the most vulnerable in our city. But it's not enough, we need you!

At CFK, we think supporting kids in foster care & their caregivers is a BIG DEAL.

We think relationships are the answer, and we know you can make a BIG DIFFERENCE.

Introducing our Something Big 2025 Emcee:

Molly Grantham

4x-Emmy winner. 3x-author. National speaker. Charity auctioneer. Proud mom. And this year, the emcee of Something Big 2025.

Molly Grantham has been named “TV News Reporter of the Year” and juggles life with humor and poise, bringing clever wit to diverse crowds. She delivers hundreds of keynotes and has interviewed over 15,000 people in her 25-years of television news.

Molly left her journalism career when at the top of her game—the #1-rated anchor in a top 20 American media market, doing 20 live shows a week—to reinvent and motivate audiences across the country to “Bet On Yourself.”

She is adept at speaking live to 100,000 people a night, sitting beside Hollywood celebrities, NFL stars, and throughout her career worked at ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates. She appeared on CNN, Today Show, CBS News, the CBS Morning Show, and in Huffington Post and People Magazine. Her social media is its own channel, with more than 200,000 combined followers. In late 2024, she founded the “Bet On Yourself Summit,” a soul-filling experience to help women uncover power in themselves. It made history as the first women’s event inside the Carolina Panthers NFL stadium.

Molly is also a trained and active charity auctioneer, bringing non-profits around the country to earn record-breaking amounts.

Her three books are a popular series described as “raw and relatable” about not losing yourself while loving your career and raising children. She and her husband, Wes, have three children under the age of 14.

In her next life, Molly says she wants to be a mermaid.

DJ Vinny

With over 33 years in the music industry, Vinny Esposito is the founder of Split Second Sound, a premier entertainment company in Charlotte known for its team of 40+ DJs, MCs, and performers. Best known as the official Game Day DJ for the Carolina Panthers, Vinny has entertained everywhere from celebrity weddings to private events alongside stars like Justin Timberlake. His hands-on leadership, passion, and charisma have made him one of the most sought-after DJs in the region, with a reputation for creating unforgettable experiences.

We set aside one night every year to come together as a community and raise funds to support our programming. The funds raised at our Something Big Benefit and charity auction will help CFK maximize our efforts and increase our ability to impact the lives of our city's most vulnerable children through training, mentoring, wrap-around care and providing for immediate, tangible needs.
