These unique partnerships with our county and agency partners give us a direct connection to the youth in care and their families. This allows us to regularly meet the specific needs of these vulnerable youth in the Greater Charlotte area. CFK programs are currently in Mecklenburg County, Union County, & York County.
Each and every Church Partner plays a vital role in supporting CFK - whether financially, with volunteer support, offering space, sponsoring Mentor Match events, gift-in-kind donations, hosting Wrap-Around trainings and more. Churches and houses of worship are CFK’s number one avenue for growing our Champion base.
Our Missional Partners are foundational in helping to secure CFK financially as well as providing gift-in-kind donations to help meet needs and increase community and volunteer engagement & support.
Our Community Partners help us go further in our efforts around advocacy, meeting needs, and supporting vulnerable youth and families.
Our Media Partners use their platforms to promote CFK, increasing the impact and amount of support we can provide to the foster care community.
