By collaborating with like-minded agencies, organizations, and community leaders, CFK extends its reach and resources, ensuring that those involved in the foster care system receive the essential support they need.

Strategic Partners

These unique partnerships with our county and agency partners give us a direct connection to the youth in care and their families. This allows us to regularly meet the specific needs of vulnerable kids and teens in the Greater Charlotte area. CFK programs are currently in Mecklenburg County and Union Counties in North Carolina & York County, South Carolina.
